Spend your first night in Tahiti in a Garden View Room overlooking the lush tropical gardens of the Tahiti InterContinental.
The main island of Tahiti has an incredible and incomparable interior frontier (magnificent waterfalls, lush valleys, mountain peaks of 6,000+ feet, and an unbelievable array of tropical flowers) that can be easily explored by jeep, ATV, or on foot. Begin your first day with an exciting full day tour of the inner island of Tahiti by 4X4 Jeep. \You will discover the lush vegetation of Tahiti with giant ferns and colorful plants, cross rivers and discover waterfalls and pure mountains streams. Spend your evening or the following day exploring the downtown area of Papeete where you can experience a fun night of dining at the Roulottes where you can choose from a variety of delicious dishes from the mobile diners.
After spending romantic 2 nights on the amazing island of Tahiti, you will depart on a brief flight to the island of Huahine. Huahine is a great island to visit for a relaxing "back to nature" honeymoon vacation stop. It is large, with beautiful mountains and lagoons that rival those of Bora Bora and Moorea. It is untouched and peaceful, truly the way that Polynesia was about 30 years ago. We think this is the best island in the Society Islands Group to visit for a true flavor of the old, warm, carefree days of Polynesian life. Spend your days exploring the island's lagoon's and interior as you enjoy the beauty of this authentic Polynesian paradise.
You will enjoy your time on Huahine at the Te Tiare Resort. Located on a beautiful alcove, the Te Tiare Resort, is a lovely resort with some of the largest bungalows in all of Tahiti. Your spacious Garden Bungalow is surrounded by fragrant tropical gardens, featuring a nice outdoor seating area with a patio and lounge chairs. Make your way down to the resort's intimate beach area, offering excellent views of the islands of Raiatea and Tahaa, and end another perfect day with a beautiful South Pacific sunset.
Bid the lovely natural haven of Huahine goodbye, as you make you way to the magical island of Moorea. Moorea features beautiful mountains and a large interior to explore filled with tropical gardens and fruit plantations. Moorea's lagoons will enchant you and surrounding motus are invitations to hours of independent exploration. When you arrive on the island of Moorea, you will be transferred to the delightful InterContinental Resort & Spa, featuring charming Polynesian style accommodations, the Moorea Dolphin Center, Helene Spa and a variety of restaurants, bars, and on site activities.
